OUR COMPLETED PROJECTS
Although our history dates way back to the 1970's we formerly carried our individual projects until the 2000's. Since then we have completed numerous multi-residential sites and projects. Provided below are the completed multi-residential projects to date.
SITE 1
This project is located in Bahçeler, İskele. It consists of 32 semi-detached villas with 2+1 and 3+1 room counts and a communal swimming pool.The construction of this site began in 2000 and was completed in 2002.
SITE 2
This project is located in Bahçeler, İskele. It consists of 34 semi-detached villas with 3+1 room counts and a communal swimming pool.The construction of this site began in 2001 and was completed in 2003.
SITE 3
This project is located in İskele, opposite Istanbul Beach. It consists of 42 semi-detached villas with 3+1 room counts and a communal swimming pool.The construction of this site began in 2002 and was completed in 2004.
SITE 4
Site 4 is located in the İskele region. It consists of 29 semi-detached villas with 3+1 room counts and a communal swimming pool.The construction of this site also began in 2002 and was completed in 2004.
SITE 5
This project is located in İskele, opposite Istanbul Beach and neighbour to Site 3. It consists of 31 3-bedroom detached villas with 3+1 room counts.The construction of this site began in 2003 and was completed in 2005.
SITE 6
Site 6 is located in Ötüken. It consists of 20 3-bedroom detached villas of 190m2 size and 2 4-bedroom detached villas of 250m2 size. This site was created for a high quality of luxury and comfort. The construction of this site also began in 2003 and was completed in 2005.
SITE 7
This project is located in İskele, next to sites 1 & 2 and neighbour to the Iskele Police Station. It consists of 100 3-bedroom semi-detached villas of 135m2 size.The construction of this site began in 2003 and was completed in 2006.
SITE 8
Located in Ötüken and consisting of 94 2+1 and 3+1 semi-detached villas is Site 8. With Site 8 Noyanlar Group of Companies provided an opportunity to its customers to customise and make specific choices to suit there needs and preferences. The complex is situated opposite the Otuken Site 6. The construction of this site began in 2004 and was completed in 2007.

SITE 10 - ROSE VILLAS
Located near Salamis Bay Conti Hotel in Yeni Boğaziçi area and at a short distance from the ancient ruins of Salamis, is Site 10 - Rose villas. Consisting of 20 3+1 semi-detached villas, the site was renown for its unique architecture and greta location. The construction of this site began in 2004 and was completed in 2007.
SITE 11 - MEDITERRANEAN LIFE
Located just behind the main office of Noyanlar Group of Companies in Long Beach, Iskele is Site 11 - Mediterranean Life. Composed of 40 2+1 semi-detached villas, this site is even today preferred amongst holiday lovers as the visitors benefit from the amenities and natural beauty present within the Long Beach area. The site also provides a communal swimming pool, a kids swimming pool, pool bar, cafeteria and playground for kids. The construction of this site began in 2010 and was completed in 2012.
SITE 12 - YENİ BOĞAZİÇİ LIFE RESIDENCE
Yeni Boğaziçi Life Residence is just opposite of Yeni Boğaziçi Park and Festival Area. The site consists of 38 semi-detached villas that are 145m2 in size. There are three bedrooms and big balconies upstairs while a WC & shower downstairs. The construction of this site began in 2009 and was completed in 2012.
SITE 14 - ÖTÜKEN LIFE HOMES
Ötüken Life Homes is located at the entrance of Ötüken village, which lies between the ancient ruins of Salamis and the beautiful Long Beach coast. The site includes 60 detached and semi-detached villas with 2+1 and 3+1 room count options. The villas include a kitchen with a storeroom, a shower & WC downstairs, a garage which can be used as an additional room, balconies with natural marble flooring and a big garden surrounded by walls of quality stones. The construction of this site began in 2009 and was completed in 2012.

APARTMENTS
In addition to the above-mentioned sites, Noyanlar Group of Companies has also concluded apartments as part of multi-residential properties. These apartments include: Arken Apartments, which provide 2 and 3 bedroom flats and shops on the ground floor (Arken 19 - located in the center of Famagusta, Arken 20 located near Alasya Primary School and Arken 22 - located in Kaliland area); Çanakkale Yaşam Apartments 1 and 2, which were initially built as 12 blocks and later increased to 22 blocks of 3-bedroom apartments within th Çanakkale area of Famagusta; City Life Apartment, located on the Salamis Road in Famagusta just by Robert's Coffee and opposite Lemar Supermarket, which consists of two-bedroom flats and shops on the ground; and İskele Yaşam Apartments, located in the scenic view in İskele and comprised of 3 bedroom flats.
