RESERVATION

The clients can reserve any available apartment in Royal Sun Elite Residence by sending a deposit in the amount of £1000. After receiving the deposit the property will be marked as reserved, no further viewings will be carried out with other potential buyers, and we will start the preparation of the necessary documents for completion of the sale. A sales contract should be signed up within 1 month after the payment recieved. Please contact your sales assistant for more information about the sale procedure and the payment methods.
